Can't take anymore symptoms

Hi, I'm going crazy here! I was doing okay the last week or so and now I'm getting these waves of weakness, where my body feels weak, I feel lightheaded and kind of faint. I keep thinking I'm just going to keel over and die in front of my kids. I'm so scared of something happening. Can these symptoms really be anxiety? I don't even think I'm feeling nervous sometimes and then I get these symptoms. Please help! Thank you.
