    Anxiety and Stress

I've been having a difficult time dealing with anxiety the last few days. My boyfriend has been out of town so I've kind of been on my own and that has contributed to the anxiety. I also have a lot of work to do for work and my graduate school thesis and I'm having a incredibly difficult time coping and handling everything.

My symptoms lately include: tight chest, trouble breathing, dizziness, headaches, having no energy, easily irritable. I know these are just symptoms but I feel so awful and this is all so draining for me and I don't know what to do.

That being said, is there a difference between anxiety and stress? Are they the same thing, are coping mechanisms the same? Any assistance and reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

    Re: Anxiety and Stress

As far as I know they are the same thing so coping would be the same for both
