Uncomfortable Sensation In Body

So a couple of days ago I cut open my finger at the gym and lost a bit of blood, The nurse managed to patch up the wound and said it was only superficial but since then, I've been having these strange sensations in my body. It's very hard to describe but it feels like i'm loaded with too much energy? Kind of how you would feel if you were on a roller coaster or a theme park ride, a funny sensation in my limbs and body that seemed to get worse when i drank a coffee or ate. It comes and goes but right now it seems to be lingering.

I'm pretty scared and not too sure what to do, I don't know if this has anything to do with the wound on my finger and I don't know how to describe it to a doctor.

i think im right in saying that the stomach has a lot to do with anxiety, that there are nerve? sensors? coffee especially gives me panicy sensations sometimes food as well not helped by me being over weight. so the stomach with negative thoughts could be the anxiety trigger not helped by injuring yourself. its learning to accept it is the key to winning
