I stye with my little eye

I've currently got 2 styles on my left eye :-(. One has literally just went a day or 2 ago. It's so sore when I blink.
They aren't really big they kind of look like white spot things on my lash line. I usually get these more regularly than I'd like, probably one every couple of months, I've just never had 3 in a week before.

Can stress cause them? I've just washed my makeup brushes and change my mascaras regularly and everytime I get a stye too. I'm not worried or anything just didn't know where to post it.

I used to get them a lot ... eventually stopped reoccurring but I'm not sure why. I would put a warm damp cloth two or three times a day on them for about 10 minutes and it helped heal.

Thank you both for replying. Yes I'll put a warm compress on. They aren't as sore as they were this morning so that's good. My last one only lasted 2 or 3 days too so it's not like I have them for weeks like some people.
