Depends on the context.
In bed? no.
Cycling or having frantic sex? Yes, incredibly high heart rate.

Well yes, context.
At rest, I don't like mine to get about about 85, it's usually about 75, when I wake up it can be 58-65.
If I'm watching TV and it's 100, then I fret. Even if I've just had a big meal and I know it's fine.
If I'm active (just doing general stuff or walking at a brisk pace) It's often 90-110, but I'm about as unfit as it's possible for a human being to be without being 'sick'.
