In need of advice and support

Hey everyone, geez it feels weird to just write your personal feelings and thoughts for everyone to read. But I am in desperate need of advice and hopefully some support from people who also suffers from anxiety. I am currently in a stage in my life where I need to make some big decisions and my anxiety is blocking everything right now. Would very much appreciate if someone would take their time to listen and help me see when I am blind.
