Bowel cancer worry

I know there's TMI here but have been full of cold all week and every time I pass a bowel movement around half ab hour later I have to go again. There's no blood and it's not diarrhoea just loose little bits. I've even been studying Bristol poo chart as I'm so worried. Does anyone else ever have this. I've got no other symptoms but I can feel my anxiety increasing.

Isn't it more likely that the virus circulating through your body is messing with your digestive system?

Even the post nasal drip running down the back of your throat is enough to upset your digestive system.

Why would you jump to bowel cancer?
