    All clear?

So if you've read my threads you know I'm 31 weeks pregnant and suffering with terrible palps and ectopics. I've had numerous ECGs and this week my echo and appt with cardiologist. She says my heart is normal in structure and beating hard is due to pregnancy. She's placing me on a 24 hour monitor to double check the ectopics. Felt much better since hearing this but last night I was woken my skipping and fluttering that was worse than ever and is still ongoing today. what I'd like to know is, is an echo enough to exclude severe problems? I can feel the anxiety creeping its way back in after I'd promised myself if the echo was ok then I'd behave! I keenthinking now my heart is going to go into some potentially fatal arrhythmia

Just read your campfire quote on another thread. I'm going to screenshot it and refer back to it when I panic.

It's true too! I'm not a sufferer but I did suffer from some depression and "scanxiety" after my illnesses. For me, the stress manifested itself into poor sleep and irritability. Between some therapy and a chill pill, I was able to cope when that came up.
