Unexplained stomach pains freaking me out

I'm male, 34. For about ten days now I've had a mild - medium level pain in my lower-mid right abdomen. I feel lethargic more than usual but could be because of my stressing over it. Appetite is normal. Bowel regular enough. No temperature. High cholesterol and slightly fatty liver found. Ultrasound urine and blood all normal. Doctors say it could be muscular and shrugged it off as nothing after those standard tests but it's still there and I've just become increasingly worried about it. Of course googling any of my symptoms (as usual with anything I google) cancer comes up right away just to add fuel to the freak out fire. Anyone had anything like this? It doesn't seem to get any better and it's there constantly and worsens in certain positions. :/

Yeah I have the exact same thing,
Multiple doctors checked it out and I've had an ultrasound all came black clear, I haven't been to them about for a while now because every time I do they panic and send me to the hospital thinking its appendicitis so I have to stay for quite a few hours, I don't know what it is but I've had it for two years so I doubt its anything terrible, my best advise would be to go to your doctor and get it checked out especially for your own peace of mind x

Dr Google is your worst enemy
Trust me I was always looking up my IBS symptoms and it just freaked me out.
Now I only ever use NHS Choices for any ache or pain.
