Hi All really could do with answers to this. I know it's not a problem at NMP. Here's the problem: I rely on my emails (like most of us do) and also email notifications from forums/pm's My ISP webmail has huge problems and I keep getting HTTP 500 which I am fully aware what it means it will be about 4 weeks before I can get acess to my webmail back
so tried another client myemail.com (I prefer the lay out and look) and have been using for some months now but even loging
in via that now proves that there is a server error at my ISP's end
so got help installing Mozila Thunderbird email client
and hey presto my emails/notifications are there,but how do
I change from the oldest emails now at the top to the most recent
ones at the top?? Also not sure how do I refresh the inbox to check
for new emails worried that I wont be able to get brand new mails
notifications through not because they aren't getting through,but more
because I cant refresh the inbox I am Window 8.1 so any help
would be appreciated TIA Cheers

Another support agent from PlusNet had a look on the Mozzila Thunderbird email client to see if any settings needed to be changed like port numbers or SMTP settings and there wasn't but no new mail or notifications are coming through even though they are being sent so damn annoying. Does any one else use plusnet webmail and have experienced login/server errors what a night mare and another month to go Help Cheers
