I have had a really awful few days and nights and need some support which i can't get at home. I'm so tired but can't sleep, I started taking anti-depessants 3 days ago but no improvement yet - I can't remember how long they take as up until 3 months ago I was on them for years. What am I looking at a week to feel some ease?
Sorry but I am so stressed I can hardly breathe. Help x

awww weaner sounds like you are having a terrible time :(
If its SSRI's they can take up to 5 to 6 weeks to kick in fully but hopefully you will see an improvement within 2 weeks.
Fingers crossed for you they kick in soon.
