Have a flight Saturday and I am so nervous. Flying a different airline, not a good seat and the weather doesn't look to good. Rain and possible thunderstorms. I am expecting a bumpy ride and I just can't stop thinking about it. :(

I'm in the same boat as you. I will be flying in a month or so and I've been thinking about it for ages. I don't take any medication either, and so I don't even have that as back up. But reading this article sort of helped me: http://www.fodors.com/news/a-flight-...of-flying-6050

How did you get on?
I'm flying for the first time on Friday. It's only a 95 minute flight but I'm so very scared. I can't get out of it either as it's work-related. ����
If you can't handle me, that makes two of us.
