    Coming off propanel

    Has anyone had side effects when coming off propanel? Dr wants me to come off it slowly been on it for many years

    The main reason for weaning off beta-blockers is to avoid a rebound spike in blood pressure and/or heart rate. Headache is the most common symptom.

    Not sure what to do cos my councillor is trying to wean me off them scares me cos been on them so long

    I suggest you ask your GP who can also explain the best way of weaning off if you should.
