Hi there all
Two years ago i had a prolapse and had a hysterectomy and they corrected the prolapse too. Then this week i felt as though my insides were falling out again went to docs and have been told i have a rectal prolapse now(omg) terrified of hospitals and the thought of having another op is terrifying me. Anyone had this op? My last op wasnt too bad but we have since moved and i dont have any family near by how am i gonna cope? Hubby works away and have two children too. Ahhh.

That sounds pretty bad Anne, I hope it all works out alright for you. If I were you I'd draft in a pal or family member to take some time off work if they can and come and stay with you, don't be afraid to ask them, I'd do this for any of my lot in a second! Seriously, I'm sure you'll come through this alright but it'll be easier with support. The main thing is that once the op is over, both problems will be fixed - the prolapse and your worry about the op!
