Bladder pain ?

For the last 3 hours Iv had a dull ache half way down from my belly button I don't know if it's bladder pain or uterus pain but i can't relax while it's there, is there any change this could be something serious ? I'm so scared.

I've had the same for the past couple of days, ranging from dull pain, pinching to crams. It happened to me once before and my doctor said its probably digestion so I'm telling myself its the same this time and trying to keep cool (ive been semi successful ish). as far as i know irritable bowel from anxiety can cause pains like this.
