Worried I got a brain tumour

I had a MRI scan because I have NF earlier this year.

I been looking at my eyes, I probably had it there years, white light reflecting across eyeball in certain lights it not there,

I also had a white bright flash for a few seconds like a floater, in one my eyes, sometimes I get blurred vision when I am tired, nervous scared etc.

My brain scan was clear last time and the thing I have got there (not a cancerous lump) has not changed shape, size etc.

I do go for eye tests regularly. so eye cancer, brain tumours can be picked up.

I read about laser pens, I dont use them, but worry that light can be reflected through the curtains if someone being naughty shining these pens if the curtains are sllighty opened.

Yes. I also remember one of the hotel rep went mad with someone (a kid) because he was shining a pen around the room.

It just that I got worried when my eye sight went funny for a few seconds, and these floaters things in my eyes.

Also I am scared that my eye ball retina got burnt. and cause my eye sight to drop,

Looking through your post history, nothing you feared was realized. This one I can with all certainty tell you isn't happening either. In fact, I can't see the connection to a brain tumor at all

I know you tried CBT and had a phone consultation but again, based on your post history, it would truly be in your best interest to seek professional one on one help. This has to be crippling you but you can treat it if you have the inner fortitude to do so.

The I am still trying to get the help about my health worries, I talked to my dentist because I panic everytime I go, she now know how to handle me, and know what I am scared of.

I did a silly thing today, whether it me being forgetful (because I am worry about whether I have got a brain tumour with what i did) I put the straw box on the floor instead of the shelf and for some reason I went in the dining room to look for my glass to pour a drink when it was in the kitchen. I am scared because of pains in my legs and arms that it a brain tumour, even though I had a MRI scan earlier this year due to my NF (as the specialist like to keep an eye on me) whether because NF has a slight increase of certain cancers and brain tumours I dont know. I have never been told what the thing on my pons of brain is, all I know it is not cancerous and probably been there since birth (but cannot be removed) as it will either kill me or put me in a wheelchair.
