Chat Room on phone

Hi

When I try to access the chat room on my phone, it lets me log in and I can see other people's comments but it won't let me post anything as I have an underscore in my username and I get an error message saying invalid chsracter: _

It works fine when I am on my laptop.

I was just wondering if this a known issue or is it just my phone that is not compatible?

Hi I take it you are logged in to NMP in the first place? it could just be a change of browser that is needed, what current browser are you using now? What OS does you phone use? I am sure the NMP will resolve this for you though Good luck Cheers

It also doesn't let me see the bottom message in the chat room when I am on my phone either. Would that be my phone?

Yes - that is a bug with the mobile version as well.

Hmm interesting that on a pc/lap top the underscore is fine and not on a phone I guess that is one way round it to change the op's username, but couldn't it be made to work on phone the same as a pc etc? Cheers

It is a bug with the mobile version of chat. The company that we bought it from no longer exist so we can't get it fixed sadly.
