propanolol effects

Hi there

Does anyone feel funny when they take propanolol?

It makes my head so heavy and feel like it will burst with the pressure. It also makes me quite dizzy and lights seem really bright. I feel detached when i take it. Also not sure if it actually helps with my anxiety.

What are your thoughts?

Have you just started taking these meds? if so it can take 4 to 6 weeks before you start to feel the benifits.

If you put the word propanolol in the search facility at the top of this page you will find lots of posts about this drug.

I take propanolol as and when i need it , so some weeks not at all. But it does seem to give me a wooly head.

I will look at all the other questions that have been asked like you suggested and see if other people feel similar to me.
