Symptoms before period comes?

Hi, ladies! Evening. Not new to this thread but I just want to ask what are your symptoms before your period starts?

I always feel bloated,my skin gets more sensitive and oily,as does my hair,and I feel more emotional and irritable.

I can severely bloated, hungry, emotional, tired, and increase in palpitations, and anxiety!

I get seriously hangry and nothing seems to satsify my cravings for chocolate...my stomach feels like a bottomless pit, I'm bloated, spotty, tired, cry at anything remotely sad, feel like I need a kitten in my life, get easily irritated, feel more hot and sweaty than usual...oh and get cold-like symptoms too like a runny nose and feeling like I'm coming down with something...also can't answer nature's call until my period actually starts! Phew, that was a long list haha!
