Why do I always feel like something bad is going to happen?

Today, I've been having this feeling that is constantly bothering me. I feel anxious all the time. I'm worried about things that COULD happen to me. This feeling won't go away. I need help. I have a bit of OCD and a constant problem with anxiety. Plus, I've been questioning my sexuality for six years and I am thinking whether or not I should come out as "sexually confused".

I'd say your worries about your sexuality are what's perpetuating your anxiety. You are under so much pressure because of your need to identify yourself sexually. I think that once you've removed that pressure, you'll start feeling more comfortable in your own skin. You don't need to come out, just see what gender you're attracted to more by seeing people of both genders. After all, you fall in love with the person, not their gender, and the labels only exist because of societal expectations.
