This morning I felt normal until after I had my morning coffee with cream and sugar. I felt really weak like I had a low blood sugar drop. I think anxiety is making it worse. I had a blood sugar test two years and I do not have diabetes. I run 3-4 times a week and eat healthy. I am very mindful perhaps too mindful of my health. I do suffer from health anxiety so I tend to magnify systems that often are nothing and go away.

Does anyone else get drops in blood sugar from drinking coffee? I truly felt terrible and I am thinking of drinking coffee just black. It seems with sugary and creamy coffee, this happens to me.
