    Not feeling great :(

    Hi guys
It’s been a while since this forum really saved me.
Been feeling unwell over this half term. Just wanted to discuss symptoms of stress and anxiety.
I have again been to my head of school to explain about workload and over whelming feeling of stress. They listened then as usual did very little.
So I am now feeling unwell. Don’t know if this is a come down after a hard half term.
I am currently feeling dizzy, headaches, stomach sick feeling and aching arms. Can’t feel whether this is stress, anxiety or a virus? Much worse when lying down in bed. Head feels cloudy and scrambled. On citalopram still.
Will this pass or is this anxiety again? Or is this a virus?

It is that time of year again [cold/flu season] - so it could be a combination of stress and virus if you feel worse when laying down [from my own experience].

Hopefully it doesn't persist for too long!
