I have been going through this particular symptom for about 7 months now. I could be doing nothing at all, sometimes I am turning around, walking about, looking down at my smartphone, typing on the computer, etc. and I get a 1-second jolt of dizziness. It makes me panic afterward. It literally feels like a shot of adrenaline. It's enough to send me into a panic attack and it's very unsettling because the symptom is very unpredictable. What can this be?
I've had this sensation my entire life, no idea what it is. Happens more frequently when I suddenly stand up after sitting for a while, but can happen at random too. Might happen twice in one day, or not happen for months.... very odd
I know, me too! I have been tested for everything! I have been suffering from dizziness lately and this just adds to it. Sometimes, I get a full ear too but I don't have meneieres as I have been tested.
Do you know if ear fullness is an anxiety symptom?
