So I’m pretty much set on the fact I have stress from work and have gone through a bout of depression.
Do you think this could be the case? My nervous system seems to be playing up.
Muscles and joints
Tight shoulders, back, lower back and legs. Even when I stretch or get a deep tissue massage they quickly return to their former state. This causes pain when running and any activity unless I stretch out after causes lower back and hip pain the next day.
My joints click everywhere.
Muscles spasm.
Headaches
Fairly persistent headaches on either side of the temples and lightheaded feeling. Also suffering from tinnitus.
Eyes
Lots of floaters and sensitivity to light.
Foot pain
Heel and ball of foot feel painful when walking barefoot.
I find myself not interested in the things I used to enjoy and often find myself having repetitive thoughts dwelling on negatives.
Has anyone else suffered similar?
