Didn't know under which subforum to post, but I had my first smear test done on Thursday. Problem is I'm so bloody itchy now and I can't find an answer on whether that's common or not! Only my outer region seems to be affected and I'm thinking it's a yeast infection (mind you no pain when urinating) ? Or is it just massive irritation (we had to downgrade to a small speculum after no luck with a standard sized one)? I obviously can't call the surgery until Monday, when I had this yesterday I thought it'd be gone by today but alas. Will this affect my results in any way, I'm already scared silly about them
