    Thanks poppy x

Packing isn't a problem for me, it's just that always seem to acquire so much stuff.
All the plants I want to keep are in pots because I always had it mind we may be moving.
    I'm a born organiser, lol.

Wow, that must have been a surprise for the owner of the house. But no price will buy the house you love.

Uncertainty is a tough one, I really struggle with it, but you do sound like you've got a handle on the practicalities of packing etc.

My thoughts are with you Darksky, it's so difficult in the months following a death, there's so much to do and grieving as well is so hard.

I had some good news earlier in the week, after getting into a complete state and having a big blip a couple of weeks before my last exam I passed with 61% which was absolutely wonderful!

Anyone else get sharp, crampy pains in their legs that's come out of nowhere? I'm wondering if it's anxiety related

I do, Carnation. I think sometimes it’s due to walking or sleeping funny, but I think that it can be tangentially related to anxiety - it makes us tense, which then either makes us sore or means we aren’t using our bodies “correctly” - walking funny, sleeping too deeply or not deeply enough which effects our positioning, etc.

I try to do some stretches and relax as best I can, but sometimes I give in too and take some pain meds.

Thanks poppy, I think you are absolute right with all of that. My leg has been agony tonight when I move but doesn't hurt when I rest it.

    Well done Catkins!!

I'm sorry you're having pain with your leg Carnation. I get a pulling sensation in my upper thigh now and again which I think might be bursitis.

Sending you hugs Darksky, I am so sorry. Carn I am also sorry to hear that you might have to move. Congrats Cat!!! I Haven't been here in a while as I was dealing with mental issues, and it will soon be a year since I lost my mom, in June. That's been on my mind a lot.
