Hi i suffer with GAD which i believe is why i also have high blood pressure just wanted to know if anyone else can relate to this.

I have high blood pressure but doc told me it was nothing to do with panic but who knows?

I have GAD and high Blood pressure Im almost sure they are related. I know that during a Panic Attack my BP skyrockets!!!!
