For the past week or so I’ve been feeling so spaced out and light headed for long periods of time. I find it hard to focus on what’s going on around me, it feels a bit like I’ve had a little bit too much to drink and am having trouble focusing - that’s the best way I can think to describe it. It’s horrible as o feel so light headed and dizzy and my eyes just feel so tired.
Is this depersonalisation, and if so, what can I do to feel better about it??
