What do you do when no meds work?

Do i keep trying different ones? I am taking viibryd and it's horrible. I'm so irritable and cannot sleep. I feel angry for no good reason. My anxiety is very high and i have too much energy. Klonopin is the only thing that helps (and exercise of course). I've tried so many meds and i'm just done! so exhausting.

Would you consider ECT?

Why not have a break from meds just to see if things get more stable? For some people with anxiety these meds just make things worse.

Just a suggestion of course.
