Just had a very disappointing call with my Doctor. I have been on 20mg for a few months with little on the way of progress. I have cut out caffeine, started meditating and am seeing a therapist, but am still struggling with anxiety.
I asked the Dr if I should up the dose or try something else. He said that I could go up to 40mg if i felt that would help! I said how about 30 first then look at 40. He relied that 30 isn't a usual dose?
for good measure he threw in that changing medication may not help and referral to psychiatry might be the next thing.
All in all a confusing and upsetting call.
