No anxiety for 3yrs and now it's back...help

Hi Kel no I ain't been docs I'm also terrified to go up in dose due to side effects as like u said they are hurrendous, but I'm still feeling no better how about u? X

Hi! My anxiety completely went away after about 2-3 weeks, and then came back again about four days ago, but not as severe. I'm hoping it's just a blip, and will clear up without having to change meds. Honestly, the thought of possibly having to change meds and deal with the side effects is making my anxiety worse!
