Nipple discharge

One of my current biggest fears is BC. As you can imagine I completely freaked out today when I saw white stains on one side of my bra in the place where my nipple would be. Both my nipple are often "sticky" and I sometimes have small amount of white discharge but since this seemed spontaneous and on one side I have self diagnosed with Bc. I am 23 and have severe health anxiety. Has this happened to anybody else?

Also thanks to Google I know that clear/white discharge that is spontaneous from one nipple is the most dangerous :( :(

It's most likely hormonal especially at your age. 23 is extremely extremely extremely uncommon to have BC if at all. Are you sure it wasn't deodorant or makeup or lint?

I had it when I was your age and when I was about 16, 17 and taking Zoloft. Perhaps it's just hormonal or a side-effect of a medication?
