    Horrible feelings of late

Hi everybody, i was hoping someone could help me.

For a few weeks now i have been suffering from the following symptoms:

    - pins and needles
    - numbness
    - feelings of coldness or burning and pain
    - tiredness
    - forgetfulness
    - emotional over the most trivial of things
    - increasing blurryness in eyesight
    - return of panic attacks
    - loss of appetite

I can't pinpoint any obvious reason for the above, it just comes and goes when it feels like..

    Thank you for listening.

It all sounds like anxiety, doesn' t need a reason, it just turns up. Sounds like you need to get going on the relaxation, breathing exercises and affirmations.
