Anyone else suffer from derealization and depersonalisation while taking Fluoxetine. I知 6 weeks in and feeling very un real and like I知 a robot. This is very distressing to me and I知 hoping it will pass soon. Thanks

Dpdr is usually a symptom of high anxiety, it's one of my worst symptoms when in a state of high anxiety and depression. When you are in fight or flight the brain shuts you down to protect you. Stupid really as it causes more stress. It can be a side effect of ssris, it is written in the side effects leaflet and will probably fade. Whether it's a stand alone symptom or whether it's because I'm the early days anxiety can be increased which then causes it...not sure.
I'm on day 25 fluoxetine. Having a rough time :(
