I just feel really down at moment

Hi

I am feeling really upset, at the moment. This morning I had to go to the hospital to see a gyne, due to womens problems etc. I then sort of got told the womens problems is down to weight, why don't you go to weight watches or slimming world, (HELLO, I suffer from depression, have no self esteem, no confidence whats so ever and I am skint)

I have had womens problems most of my life, even when I was a smaller size. I am just so angry. Honestly how can you go to a thing like that when you don't like groups of people, get really anxious, so shy, can't strike up a conversation first etc. plus you have to pay every week for the meeting even if you don't go.
