Brain or neck or throat tumor worries

I’m having this ear pain that seems to shoot up like above my ear when I swallow and I can’t tell if it’s from me focusing on it or like the pain is radiating. It happens when I swallow. I’ve been googling like a mad woman and found all these things and now I’m spiraling. I’m so freaking scared it’s something sinister. My hubby looked in my ear this morning to see if it was red and he legit almost puked because there is so much wax...he can’t even see in my ear I guess. It also popped this morning and I can’t get it to pop again. Should I be worried about brain neck or throat tumors? Do you think the shooting pain is in my head? I have had some tension head aches the past few days so maybe that’s not helping this whole situation. I’m just so scared idk what to do.

First off, shooting yourself in the foot by Googling is one thing to avoid. I would see your doctor or a pharmacist to address the ear wax which certainly is causing you discomfort.
