    Dizzyness

Hi there I am new to this forum. I have suffered with anxiety fo years now but it only surfaces when something big is going to happen. Anyway I am getting married this sunday and I have been feeling dizzy for a couple of weeks now. I have had my ears checked and my blood pressure and the doctors can't find anything. Does anyone else have an ongoing feeling of dizzyness? I am really worried that I am going to feel ill on my wedding day. any help will be greatly appreciated

    Re: Dizzyness

Hi bride, i do have a constant feeling of dizzyness,

a few things that can help with these are some natural remedies,
or tapping pressure points inbetween the eyes

i think maybe your just stressing yourself out about your wedding and you should take some time to relax and make yourself feel good and i'm sure on your wedding day you'll be fine as all the worry and stress will be easing off, my colleague at work is experiencing the same thing, she is getting married on friday.

so make sure you eat and drink lots too keep your sugar levels up and just distract yourself

but i hope everything with oyur wedding goes great and hope you feel better

Thanks for your reply. How do you do the tapping? Will it get rid of the dizzyness??

you judt keep tapping certain points in your body, it keeps giving you a distraction and the point between your eyes releives the dizzyness but it may not work as i'm not an expert if you go into chat there might be someone who can help a little better
