Lump on head, ulcer on tongue and flying today

Hello,

So I am flying home today from America to the UK but I always get soooooooo nervous and almost certain there will be a medical reason I can't get home.
Since being in the USA I have a large ulcer on my tongue and a large very sore lump on my head.
As I've been taking ibuprofen to keep the swelling down I'm also thinking there could be bleeding in the stomach.
I keep thinking the lumpnkn my headache something serious and is causing me to feel dizzy and nauseous.
Both the lump and ulcer have been there for around 4 days now and I keep saying if something was gonna go wrong with it it would of by now. I'm just so scared right now any advice????

Where did you get the lump on the head from?

The rest can be explained with anxiety.

You will be fine. Nothing rings any alarm bells about something serious.

I dont know it was a tiny spot at first but then it grew larger. I think its stopped growing and might of redycednin size slightly it's just so tender and sore to touch and me overthinking things makes this small sore lump into an infection of the skull that will infiltrate my brain and cause me to die
