    tired/lathargic

    hi all,

its been a while since i posted, but i have not succeded in beating this myself, i have just started cbt and am feeling positive about it, but its at early stages right now. last few days i have been feeling very tired and lathargic, this is getting me worked up and more worried that this is being caused by a illness, can anxiety cause tiredness and the lathargic feeling?

    thanks for your time.

Stress and anxiety leave me feeling exhausted

    Hi yes absolutely.
My adrenals were/are overworked and got used to being on high alert.
The licorice root I take from holland & barrett is like a long hot soak in tub for the adrenals.
Licorice root can help with so many things as can a good ginseng and green tea.

    love fly x
