    Bump on back of thighs

    Hi,

    I noticed recently that the small bump (or bumps?) seems to have got thicker and redder on the back of my thigh.

    Does anyone know what this could be? The bump feels quite thick, but if I try to pinch it, it doesn't feel the same as the normal skin around it...
