Adrenaline help

Have a serious amount of adrenaline in my stomach. It leads to muscle tension & at times palpitations.

Anyone with any tips would be greatly appreciated

I see an Osteopath for my adrenal issues. SHe balances it all out. I have been seeing her a year and at first I was an utter wreck but now I have nearly my life back and I know this has really helped. I also know when I need to return - can feel it all building up.

Some Osteopaths specialise in this type of thing.
