Hi Lesley, sorry to hear you are feeling bad today. I think you will find an awful lot of people with anxiety get dizziness, it seems to be one of the commonest symptoms. As I am typing this my head is spinning just from being out in the front garden helping to cut back a few trees, so I can totally empathise with how you feel

    Hi Lesley,

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. But don't panic it's ok, the dizzness is part of your anxiety. It will pass, try to relax and do some deep breathing. It's going to be ok. An listen to your sense side, not the thinking side.

    Re: Dizzy spell

I just went and collected loads of walnuts up in the back garden and came over all dizzy as well.

Last week I took a day off work cos I was so dizzy. I put that down to a stressful drive the day before and I was so tired as well.

Make sure you are eating well and you have the breathing under control.
