Just can't sleep thanks to head pains

I have posted before about this sensation I get in my head, where it feels like someone is pressing down in one spot. I appears to be intermittant so it can't be anything serious, STILL I spent most of this weekend suffering from insomnia.

It's driving me mad, no herbal remedies are working, I have tried rescue; relora and calms but still I can't manage to get to sleep and it's driving me close to tears on a regular basis.

If I get so much as a slight pain or ache or pressure in my head whilst nodding off it's all tickets for me I just sit awake glued to the Tv for the rest of the night. Today I am so tired, but it's something I don't know how to takel! wish it would all go away now, not even alcohole works anymore. lol

    Just having a moan really,

    Janie

Have you tried relaxation techniques be fore you go to sleep it helps me. I also get strange sensations in my head had them for a year so sense tells me its nothing but can't help worrying, so I know what it's like. Also have you tried reading in bed or having a calming bath. Hope all goes well.
