summer used to be enjoyable for me. very occasionally when i was younger i used to get sunstroke when it was really hot and i was playing sport.
since all this anxiety, summer has become a nightmare for me.
does anyone else feel this too?
when it gets too hot for me, i feel faint and a bit sick. this is just from the heat let alone the sun.
i know it affects me badly these days, i just hope it doesnt suggest something more.....i wish it could be winter all year round.
and australia gets soooooo hot in summer, i dont know how i will cope the next few months! already had 2 off days, and its just begun!
