    Arms and Legs

Curious to know whether anyone has any constant feelings of 'light cramps' or numbness in the toes and fingers as a result of anxiety. I can often feel when the levels are quite high and this is how it seems to reveal itself.

Any advice would be most welcome. It doesn't feel painful, sometimes twitching and other times I have absolutely none but I also do not seem to be able to rid myself of it - more, learning to live with it.

    Thanks,

    BB ( Roy)

    Re: Arms and Legs

    Hi Roy,

This is quite normal, its because of the blood rushing to your brain to cope with the anx attack. The blood leaves the 'extremities' giving you pins and needles while your brain prepares to 'fight or flight'. I used to get it a lot, also sometimes my legs and arms feel like lead weights. Hope you feel better soon,

    TC xxxxxx
