Hi, has anyone suffered from nausea when they have tension headaches, I can only see migraine as having nausea as a symptom. I also get the occasional sharp pain in my forehead/eye brow region, can this also happen with tension headaches.

nausea and tension headaches are very often symptoms of anxiety.... so I would go for that one.
