    any recommendations for a therapist

Any good experiences with a cbt therapist in the central London area? Looking for a good one with a good reputation.. and ideas?

Re: any recommendations for a therapist

Have a look at the BABCP website:

http://www.babcp.com/ and go to 'find a therapist'.

    I used these folks:

    http://londoncognitivebehaviouralpsychotherapy.co.uk/

I thought they were good - offices in Monument and Victoria. It wasn't cheap (£85 per hour) but was one of the cheaper ones I found in London.

All of these are Private therapists, so it might be worth chatting to your GP first to check out NHS treatment available in your area.

    Good luck x
