Stopping Smoking

Smoking is really not cool. I legged it downstairs and was harrassing my sis for a smoke before even remembering or thinking that I had given up. What an addiction it is, I honestly had no control over myself, maybe I am really weak willed when it comes to smoking. Infuriates me to no end, *insert random swear words here*

I went out to get some but thankfully never bought any. Just drove around aimlessly for an hour or so. I tried some props today (smints,pringles etc) and they worked great til after dinner. I think its maybe because I like to relax on my own most evenings, I just chill upstairs surfing net or playing PS3. Maybe I need to change up and do something different from my norm.

Either way Im still with ya and youve been going longer than me - so props to you!

Keep it up water helped me alot to Jodie I still put a bottle in the freezer and sip that during the day, I also ate alot of carrots so many so my poo was orange lol sorry to much info lol,,,

I know how hard this is guys but so much worth it in the end Mike before you know it you'll run down them stairs and you will be able to breathe while telling your sis she stinks of smelly stale ciggeretts like stinky old ashtrays, lol

well not been a good day for me i went out with frends for lunch then for a drink and i had 1 fag but soon put it out and well not had anymore today but it has been a funny day just felt panicy and crap so i guess having one was not so bad
