    anxious that I am ill

    Hi guys
    just woke up about half an hour ago...On edge...nerves shaking ....diabetic type 2 ......suffering from ibs symptoms....taking mirtzapine
    Trying to not give in to panic attack...sat in study doing this chat......i think i am ill ...but i dont know for sure
    Any help would be appreciated..

    Hi Brent, I always find my anxiety worse first thing in the morning. It's something to do with the release of hormones, cortisol I think. Try and get something to eat and start your day. Hope things improve for you.
