Had 4 since Friday in the past ive fought them but this time i let it pass still has knocked me for 6

Oooo sooo know how you feel!!! Had bit of one last night. Felt like all of my muscles were tightening on their own very weird, but even though took me a long time to drop off I refused to be miffed by it, sat it out, even did my fake tan at 2.30 am, eventually it went and I went to sleep.... sorry rambling....
What Im trying to say is to the best of your ability sit it out try not to add to it with negative thoughts, get up and do something if you find it hard. You've had it before and although uncomfortable your still here, thats what i try and keep in mind !!!
